Biography
I am a **Development Officer and ERP Systems Developer** at **Contact Information Systems Company (CIS)** with extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise software solutions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from **Sana'a University**, graduating with **Distinction (91.48%) and Honors**, and I have also earned the **International Certificate in Business Administration** from the British Board.
Throughout my career, I have developed and enhanced ERP solutions covering Human Resources, Finance, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Management. My work has supported banks, government agencies, and private organizations, including **Al-Qutaibi Bank**, **Al-Sharq Bank**, and the **Traffic Police Department in Aden**. My primary technologies include **C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Web API**.
Before joining CIS, I worked at **Ibdaa Soft Company**, contributing to accounting, real estate, tourism, restaurant, school, and HR systems. I also completed professional web development training at **Smart Applications Company**, where I participated in developing the **Afrah Online** platform.
